Consultation  

15 minutes

Send me a message or give me a call to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your goals, ask any questions you have, and see if we are a good fit for each other.

Intake assessment

60-75 minutes

Our first session includes a deep dive into your current and past relationship with food, your body, eating patterns, medical diagnoses, and goals.

Follow-up sessions

30-60 minutes

Follow-up sessions are a place to check in and get support, address barriers, and navigate challenges to continue working towards your goals.
